Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer to deliver.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹2,000.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
- You can track your order online through the courier partner’s website.
Prepaid Orders Only
- We accept only prepaid orders to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Delays & Issues
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen reasons such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
