1. Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout.
2. Refund Policy
We issue refunds only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- Your order is lost in transit and not delivered.
Note: Fragrance preferences are subjective; refunds will not be provided if you simply dislike the scent after purchase.
3. Conditions for Refund
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of damage, defect, or wrong product.
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the package and product as proof.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once your claim is verified, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of courier delays, refunds will be processed only after confirmation from our delivery partner.
5. No Refund / Exchange
- For opened or used products.
- For customer’s change of mind or dislike of fragrance.
- For incorrect address provided by the customer.
